Kinda depends on what weight bullet you're thinking of lighting off. I have a G23C and like 5.5gr of Unique with a 180gr bullet/FMJ. Recently got some 165gr bullets also FMJ's and trying out some W231 which I seem to have a lot of. Experiment and find out what your Glock like to eat.

3.8grs. WST w/180gr. bullet of your choice. Soft, accurate, very clean burning and shoots to POI with issue Glock sights. Great practice/gamer load for the .40S&W.

If it's compensated, use a slow powder. I use either Blue Dot or Power Pistol at the higher end of the scale with a lighter bullet (150 to 160 gr. range)

The compensator will work better keeping the gun flatter.

If you use a fast powder, it will have more muzzle rise.

I'm using a Precision Delta 165gr bullet with 6.1gr of Unique and an OAL of 1.130 for my G27.
