I have read a couple of reviews on this cartridge and it seems to be really be cook'n. 40gr bullet in a necked 9mm case, 2100fps out of a pistol. Maybe a 22 in 40s&w necked down case next??

Anyone know if or when a Glock/aftermarket barrel will be made?

Only upfront concern would be ease of reloading? Bottle necks can be a pain sometimes.

I have not heard of any aftermarket barrels yet.

As for loading the 22 TCM, it’s really easy, just like loading a rifle round and requires some prep work, trimming the case and lubrication before loading. The dies are hard to come by, I bought my set at the right time, and the shells are not that easy to find either, however it's becoming a popular round and more die mfr will add it to their line in the future. It runs very well with W296, 40gr bullet and a small pistol primer (don’t need a magnum)

At the range people think I'm shooting a 44mag because of the huge kaboom and very large muzzle blast.

Just follow the link and you can get a lot of good reloading tips and setup for the 22 TCM. I show how to set up the Dillon 550b with the TCM dies. on page 4.

The 22 Boz was a necked down 10mm built on a Glock 20. AFAIK, it wasn't available commercially.

I would like a 22TCM barrel for my G17. When nothing else was on the shelf my LGS had boxes of TCM, but no guns for it. I still haven't seen one of the guns in the flesh.

    SigFTW- thanks for the info.

Still researching this round a little bit, so far I like it.
