22lr Conversion Kit For G17

    I see there are several 22lr conversion kits on the market. Is there a consensus best? What is your favorite?

    Another vote for the Advantage Arms Kit. Have had no trouble with mine.

    If you go with the Advantage Arms kit be sure to the kit specific to what Gen glock you have. Theres one kit for Gens 1,2,&3 and another for the Gen4. There are also two different model. There is the LE model where the slide looks like the Glock factory slide, then theres the Target model where the slide looks mine pictured below.

    I've got the Tactical Solutions kit. I like that its compatible with all Glocks (Gen 1 - 4). When fed the correct ammo, it is 99% reliable.

    If your talking about Advantage Arms kit, They can be found on GunBrokers and even Ebay. But like everything else right now they are going for way more than they should. Price should $300 give or take about $30. But I'm seeing them go for upper $300 to upper $400.


    ETA: Try ordering through your local gun shop, May get better price that way.

    I now have AA kits for each type of Glock I have, G26, G19, G17, G21.

    I went with the Tactical Solutions kit for my G17 for namely two reasons: threaded barrel that I could use with my suppressor, and a standard 15 round magazine.
