well it's true, the KC will now have an optional alloy frame.
Wow, that engraved Centennial model model is BEAUTIFUL!
Those are some beautiful models. Im going to take my brown out of the safe now and fondle it, LOL
An extra $500 to save 8oz, slim grips, and add a 10-8 rear sight to a Kobra Carry?
Love the 10-8 rear. That's how mine is.
i think the centennial models would be cooler in a USGI type setup.
its not like most of them will get shot alot, and it would represent a bit better jmho.
i know this has all been discussed into the ground but it will still be interesting to see how 'modern' the different makers anniversary guns turn out to be.
I think this looks really classy.
I like the two tone Gen II - That's nice... So now they'll have 2 colors of Gen III.
Almost tempted to send off my stainless Special Forces in for that.
Yep, that's my favorite of all the new offerings.
That's exactly what I thought. I think half that ($250) would have been more reasonable. Especially after EBs honest explanation that it wont be as durable as all steel.
Agreed. That looks sweet as hell.
I want the note pad the pen is resting on
I just couldn't bring myself to carry a gun around that says Special Forces on the side.
Other then that it does look pretty sweet
Order it with a naked slide
I probably would order one sometime but I'm still planning on sending one of my Colt's off to Mars Armament first.
good addition to the Brown family. now, sissy men can carry the Kobra Carry
That's the nicest anniversary 1911 I've seen yet.
Some of the others are downright ugly.
kinda like Kimber's god awful offering.. that thing is downright fuuuuuuuuuuuugly!!
I read the title and thought, cool High Cap Ed Browns on STI frames.
Well, it is 4:30 in the morning. :embarassed:
