I recieved my Guncrafter No Name in today and the Baer yesterday. At lunch time I ran home and shot about 50 rounds through each out in the back 40.

The Baer is a great gun, but I am going to replace the sights and the trigger has some creep in it. It will probably be my new carry gun.

The Guncrafter in not just great, it is amazing. I think it stands head and shoulders above other guns in its price range. Im suprised that they are not charging more for these. They are kind of like the Dan Wesson (before price hike) of the semi-custom world. Y'all need to buy these before the go up in price.

A word about Dave (DRC767): He is a class act who went above and beyond on this deal. Very personable and he is more than a salesman. He has a passion for quality 1911s and it shows. I would recommend using him for your future gun purchases.

Ill get some more pics up tonight before I take my wife drags me off to see the midnight showing of Harry Potter. I bet if ol' Harry had a Guncrafter he would have only needed one book to blow away the bald snake-faced guy. It would have been the best series ever.

What are they running? I thought they were like 3 grand?

For that price it should be perfect!...

Thanks for the kind words, Derek....I am glad that the GC is everything you were hoping for. I am very much looking forward to your range report when you use it in a match.

The msrp on the No Name is $2495. I got a great deal from Dave however.

That MSRP puts it in the same price range as a Wilson CQB, Nighthawk Talon, Ed Brown, and some Baers like the SRP.

Leave me and my beloved Hokies out of this you perverts.

So does anyone want to buy my brand new Kobra Carry so I can get a No Name from Dave?
