Better yet, kill a felon in the process of a felony #2 or more, get $25,000!
Save the state of california, $500,000 in court costs, housing and rehab!

Great news! It's about time they recognize our constitutional rights!

    That's nice.

Now, while I believe that no permit required aka Constitutional Carry is legitimate and would happily vote for it/tell my representatives I support it/etc, I still wish we could get more bills passed that dealt with places off limits and reciprocity. I personally feel those issues are more important than going from shall issue (assuming it is not expensive or ridiculously slow) to no permit required.

The Post Office is the most annoying banned place to me. I have to go in there every day for 1 minute to get my PO Box mail, but for that one minute, I have to unholster, lock in car, get mail, re-holster, etc.

    PITA!

Could be worse. Here in GA it is all "publicly owned or operated buildings". Post Offices, libraries, DMV, tag office, etc.

I would be happy if MI would at least go to the lifetime permits.
I would be ecstatic if I could carry without a CCW at all.

Do any other states have Lifetime permits? Carrying without a CPL would be good, but with it you can take your gun a lot more places.

    Yep just Indiana.

I brought up that subject the last time I had to renew.
They told me at the county clerk's office, that the state likes the money to much.
Now I don't know just how much money in involved, but at just over 100 bucks a time for just a couple minutes of paperwork. It must be enough.
