Nothing wrong with him that couldn't be fixed with a couple of swings with a pick handle.

    Up a tree.
The wrong person died. That's for sure.

Hope the POS is happy in the slammer because this really puts the icing on the cake of pain he caused for the kids mother.

Many are shortsighted in a situation like this.

You're focusing all your anger on only half of the problem.

When a woman has kids with a violent scumbag, she is also to blame. He didn't just snap & start abusing her. He's probably been abusing their kid as well. She chose him, knowing exactly what she was getting - now she can play the helpless victim to non-thinkers. In fact, women who stay with such a man are putting their need to "have a man" above their kids, and are no better than the bum they chose.

No different than my ex wife's mother marrying & having three kids with an alcoholic, then complaining that he puts their children in danger by driving drunk.

Valid and could very well be true but since we do not know that in the case here the man (term used loosely) is the focus of the anger. If the mother has blame then she as well can rot.

  12. My dad told me when he was around 12, his father was beating his mother up pretty badly in the kitchen, so my dad grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed his father in the back and then kicked him out of the house.

I think it worked as I got the impression his father didn't come around much after that, but years later came around shortly after my dad's wedding, cussing him out for getting married without permission.

    Fun times, I'm guessing.

that POS probably not do any time "he was not the one who killed the son" 4-5 month only for beating the mother, sad all the way
