    If you do a google search for 10mm ammo ballistics it comes up with a bunch of websites giving you all the stats you could ever want, also if you go on you tube and search for 10mm it brings up a bunch of videos, I hope this helps cheers.

    Thanks guys. I was surprised to see how far off Double Tap was from their published velocities. Does anyone know of other tests that show the same thing.

    Double Tap has not been close to advertised velocities for some years now. I've heard that from several sources. I've seen chrono data here and there on them. They lost a good bit of their following from that too.

    Most manuf cherry pick their vel. So they are not being 100% deceitful, just generously optimistic. You can find guns w/ "fast bbls" & get higher vel, but they really should shoot them in at least two diff guns of the same length & post avg vel. That doesn't look as sexy on the box or webiste though.:yawn:

    wow, that DT is really off. i have read posts about that but never realized how exaggerated their claims were.

    I suspect BB is in a sim position. They have some pretty aggressive vel for their ammo.:dunno:

    i have clocked many corbon and speer GD loads and they seem to run as advertised or better.
