    I checked around and that list is probably accurate.

    Had to turn down the volume though.

    This was posted in 2010. Although both in the top 10 safest, United and Continental have now merged.

    The problem with Delta Connection being in the 10 worst is it's actually 7 contracted airlines in addition to Delta's wholly owned Comair. What's the safety records of each of those since maybe some are pretty good (although regional airlines tend to not be as good).

    One problem with Charter or Shuttle flights is that Pilots have to get hours flying something somewhere, that is generally what and where, hence the higher accident rate.

    I have to think that list is somewhat bogus. Quantas Airlines out of Australia has never had a fatal jetliner crash.

    I don't think Thai should be on the worst list. They have pretty good traning dept. I don't know how many fatal crashes Thai had but seems like AA and UAL had plenty. Maybe we just don't hear about them.
