Using a Lonewolf 20L Slide and Lonewolf 10/40 barrel and standard glock recoil spring (17#) I have no problems with the heavy 180gr bullets, But when shooting 165 plated loads (that work fine in 40 cal guns and even in the Glock 20 with the standard slide) I have many FTF problems .

I'm thinking the longer heavy slide and barrel may require a lighter recoil spring to work with these 165 loads .

What weight spring do you think I should try ?

    Thanks

I would suspect the issue is weight related.
Factory recoil spring weight is 17lbs. You can go down to 11 lbs if necessary.
You can see the ISMI recoil springs here http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Search.aspx?TERM=ism you are looking for "full size" springs
