I wouldn't piss on the Cheaper than dirt scumbags if they were on fire.
They are great at price gouging at the slightest conflict. I recall them selling a bunch of pmags at $12 each, then canceling the orders and relisting them for sale at $100 each post Newtown.
Cheaper than Diamonds? Must be a catch somewhere. Either the price is jacked up, or they'll stick you with shipping from the warehouse FURTHEST from you, or they'll never send you a rebate, or it's one of their collection of KB Glocks. If it's CTD, RUN AWAY.
No, my memory of their nonsense has not faded.
Instant rebate. Those are the prices. It's NOT $100 off the prices listed!
You could do much better joining GSSF for two years and getting two blue label guns with the certificates.
Some people just need to save money, and don't have issues with where the business goes.
Others never forget. CTD is lower than whale turds, and I wouldn't spend a penny with them,
but I fault no one that decides their history doesn't matter.
I have only purchased 1 new Glock .. a Gen 4 26 ,and I have purchased a couple of dozen or more over the years and I have 7 in my safe right now ..
Used Glocks are plentiful ..
and usually if you take your time , one will pop up at a great deal..
We're "self-righteous" because we refuse to do business with a company that price gouges their customers by a factor of 10 to capitalize on panic after a high profile shooting? Go pound sand.
They are the exact opposite of Magpul, who sent massive amounts of 30round pmags into Colorado and either gave them away or sold them as cheap as possible (I forget) before their ban went into place.
HELP the gunner community, don't rip us off during hard times!

Hey man, I was just passing on some good prices for anyone who's interested. But based on all the b**ching and whining going on in this thread, I sure won't do that again.
Yes, CTD has a very bad reputation for gouging people. Several years ago, they opened a retail store in Mckinney, Tx, IIRC. Did pretty good for a couple of years and then went absolutely nuts on their prices. Just way beyond what would be normal. And as others have said, refusing customers their sold price and just price gouging everything. I never could afford anything they sold, much less and firearms and ammunition. As I go over the the DFW area several times a year, I decided to go by the retail store and look during one of my trips. The retail store was gone, and from what I could ascertain from local gun owners, CTD quite literally ran all of their clientele off with the price gouging. You can screw your wife, mistress, or Banker. You screw your customers and you go out of business. Serves them right, AFAIAC!
CTD were the biggest price gougers out there during the peak of the ammo shortage.
I sent them an email saying they wouldn't receive any future business from me.
Did this phase the low life's?
Not one bit. They sent me a ho hum response and told me to have a nice day.
It's cruds like them that deserve to go out of business!
Crap. Trying to buy a Gen 3 G20 for $445 but the website says they cannot ship to an FFL in California. Makes no sense, as I have bought 2 guns shipped to an FFL in California.
I received the appropriate answer to my question. If the complaints were due to not shipping as promised, I could overlook it. "Price Gouging" the Pro 2A community is an offense that shouldn't be taken lightly.
