I recently picked up a Colt LE6920 with Magpul furniture. I also bought an Aimpoint Pro and zeroed it in at 50 yards on Saturday. I ran out of time otherwise would have taken it out to 100 yards which I still plan to do. I also have a Burris P.E.P.R. QD mount and a Burris Fullfield E-1 scope that was going to be used on another rifle until I found a great deal on a Leupold. The Burris is 2-7x35. Anyway, my question is will the Aimpoint and Burris hold zero, once sighted in, if I swap back and forth since both have the quick detach ability. I love the Aimpoint for home defense but the Burris would be nice for coyote hunting since there is an abundance of them buggers where I deer hunt.

The PEPR will do okay provided you put it in the same spot, forward against the stop in the rail and keep the mounting force the same. By okay, within about 1 MOA or so.

Thanks for the replies. I'm not sure swapping back and forth is really worth the hassle of doing so. All of the shots at coyotes would be within 150 yards, most within 100 yards so maybe I'm just better off keeping the Colt as it is and getting a dedicated coyote/varmint gun.

Your best option would be to purchase a dedicated upper to be used for hunting and mount a quality magnified optic on that upper.
I would go with a 18"-20" quality barreled upper to be used for hunting. It would cost less than an entire rifle and is very simple to swap from one to the other.
