I currently have a Gen 4 Glock 19 and bought the wife a 43. I love my 19. My question is what next? I had a Gen 3 27 and wasn't a big fan of it so sold it. I was thinking of a Gen 4 17 but am considering another 19 being that I like it so much. Whatever I go with I'll probably have it milled by ATEI with suppressor sights and a RMR. What are the forum's thoughts?

Another 19, would be ok.
I guess another question would be are you looking at staying with 9mm?
The G-23 is the same as G-19, just a larger caliber.
The G-32 is same size frame, with more Zing.
Or You have a whole list of pistols, combos and calibers.
I would go with something different, either size or caliber.
The G-17L is a fun pistol for the range, and it is a 9mm.
But they are very hard to find. I have one, and it goes to the range with me every time. I usually take a couple of others, from 22 to 45, but the "L" always goes.

I def like what I'm reading so far on it. My only concern is price and availability of ammo. I know reloading is the way to go. I have a reloader but after my child was born we got so much stuff that my reloading room isn't really usable at the moment. I don't have a garage, so I'll either have to end up getting a shed or hoping my dad encloses his shed real soon and I can take my stuff there.

I had a 21.2 (.45 ACP) in the safe not doing much, so I converted it to a 20 (10mm Auto) with a KKM 6" barrel. The 21-10mm combo allows many options with different barrels...45 Super, 10mm, .40 S&W, .357 Sig, 9x25 Dillon. If you hit the backcountry at all, the 10mm in a Kydex chest rig with Buffalo Bore 220gr hardcast @ 1200fps is a nice option. The mags are 15rds and my spare mag has an Arredondo 5rd extension for 20rds, although, I download one round from each mag.

Change the barrel, mag and RSA and you're back to .45 ACP or other cartridge that rings your bell. Nice to have options.

I am going to agree with BAC here and echo G17L or G34 especially if ammunition cost is a consideration,

If you're thinking about the 10mm, then I say get the G29
Gun Wood Firearm Trigger Line

What Glock next you ask? None. Unless it's an aluminum or stainless steel large framed longslide model in .357sig or 10mm, I'm Glock'd out.

I've got both a Gen3 G33 & Gen4 G19 for daily carry, along with a Gen3 G20 w/OEM & LW .357sig barrel, and a Gen3 G21SF w/LW 10mm longslide and a standard LW & threaded AW barrel for whatever suits me.

The above I believe renders my "Glock" needs covered. Owning multiples of Glocks has never been a thought for me, as I believe that I have enough of everything else to fill any void in "requirement", either perceived or imagined ;)
