The "SF" stands for short frame which means the the distance from the face of the trigger to the back of the grip is shorter. It makes the pistol easier to use for someone with smaller hands.
The G41 is an S or slim slide, although it is not specifically designated as such. The SF or short frame only applies to the gen3 20/21 and 29/30 frames.
