If what I read is true than Obama has made it illegal to automate your relodaer without getting an International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the underlying Arms Export Control Act (AECA). license to do so even though you are only making it for yourself.

"The systemized production of ammunition, including the automated loading or reloading of ammunition;"

The unintended consequences of this are that there will be more modular firearms that don't require cutting and drilling to change them. I think that is a trend now anyway, so it will just get accelerated.

I don't know about the "The systemized production of ammunition, including the automated loading or reloading of ammunition" applying to individuals producing ammo for themselves. Have to wait for clarification on that but I doubt it effects people where there is no interstate commerce nexus.

This will most likely apply to people "in the business" aka making money off their services or loaded ammo. Obama and his minions are piles of ****, hope their plane crashes.

Yep, for now my automated setups are safe, have to be in the "business of".

Important part for me because my automated equipment is for personal use,

Any person who engages in the United States in the business of manufacturing or exporting or temporarily importing defense articles,
What a way to create more jobs in America, hope those older gunsmiths are fit enough to compete with "undocumented" workers for those road and bridges builds they keep promising every 4 years...

I didnt see anything talking about the hobby reloader. Manufacturing implies for sale.

That depends on what you charge for your work and why they say all of the extra regulations on pretty much everything won't hurt our economy yet prices go up and jobs go outside our borders.

Now if we can just get the 1% to stay here and give us all of their money we should be happy, for 3-4 months...
