Dunkin is my coffee of choice! The people at work tease me when I roll in with my extra large DD coffee, but I know they are hating on me out of pure jealousy!
I'm not supposed to have caffeine or alcohol, thanks to a nifty health condition. Otherwise, I would still drink a lot of Monsters and free 7-11 coffee.
We didn't have any until recently. There had been a few around up until 10 years ago, but the franchisee folded. Now there's one about 15 or 20 minutes from my house. Good coffee.
I've actually gotten to like the new blend at McD's. It's my standby road coffee now.
**** that, brother....Better living through chemicals, I say......
Caffeine by way of coffee is my one real vice, and I am not giving it up.....heck, the people I work with wouldn't let me. Someone at work ( who works for the same agency but was just visiting our area ) who is a healthy living type once mentioned to me that coffee is bad for my health; I said nothing (but I did sort of snarl and squint one eye) and the other guys immediately told this person that while coffee may be bad for my health, me not having coffee was most definitely bad for everyone else's heath....
I quit drinking caffenated beverages once. It was the worst 45 minutes of my life. My coffee maker makes 14 cups which fills up my Yeti cup and my thermos. That usually lasts me all day.
Its a shame our DD recruits employees right outside the release door at the county lockup. Its not safe to order from in uniform. Atleast I wont do it. I like their coffee.
Winner winner chicken dinner!! The new lightbar siren controls are a slight pain with fumbling with the buttons. I prefer the old school grab the knob and twist. There are secondary light controls on the steering wheel which are kinda nice
I'm mostly days and I've got to work a graveyard tonight. It's ot at least. I bought some clearance Sbux kcups today at the grocery store...i'm sure i'll be consuming several of them.
Not in the hateful sense of the word. Hate more as in I'm jealous of them. I've heard they're amazing. Were stuck with Kenwood trash that never works, mobiles or portables. God forbid you guys hear of my demise, It'll be because I couldn't call for help on that trash.
No DD around here. However Kwik Trip has pretty damn good drip coffee that is free to uniforms.
Plus they now have the espresso machine to get your latte and iced coffee fix. A secret of the pros for those who like iced coffee: a double espresso over ice plus a vanilla or chocolate protein shake is a delicious way to get about 180 low guilt calories.
