I've owned a couple AR's... I've had 4 LE-6920's, a core-15, 2 Daniel Defense, a M&P Sport I, 2 Spike's Tactical, and an FN that I so dearly loved.
Sadly, financial constraints don't allow fairly poor people to keep nice things for very long.let alone buy ammo for them.
This rifle seems nice. The finish isn't perfect, but much more than serviceable. The rate of twist is 1:9, which isn't 1:8, but it's a rate of twist - nonetheless.
The fit and finish seems adequate to keep in the patrol car with a small enough department that doesn't have the money to furnish that type of equipment. So, after a range trip or five, I feel comfortable deploying this rifle in a defensive scenario.
I'm thankful for good equipment at good prices. I paid 650 for this rifle plus tax. (Not a great price, but decent for the times.)
Now I'm in the orowl for money to purchase ammo.
Good day gents...
