i have a few hundred flawless rounds through my G43. Really love this pistol. I did notice the other day, the dust cover is slightly warped. Anyone else have this issue?

It's not a genuine Glock unless it pig noses.

What I did to correct mine is to break a tooth pick in half and insert the point ends between the slide and the frame when not in use. The pressure will keep this from happening.

I thought Glock did it on purpose to take the rattle out of the slide, doesn’t bother me at all.

As far as I can tell, it seems like it's something that either occurs or doesn't occur during the manufacturing process so if you have a gun that has a straight dust-cover, it's likely to stay that way (and vice versa). Some people claim that extensive high temperature shooting might cause it to bend, but I have never need a credible source demonstrate that happening. So toothpicks or whatever seem to be unlikely to prevent / cure the problem.

If it bothers you, I've read that a heat gun can help straighten it out. I have also seen people claim boiling water is a no-no because of a chemical reaction between boiling water and polymer. My Glock 19 has it. Maybe if I'm bored one day I might try to straighten it out just for the hell of it. Until that point, it doesn't bother me enough to "fix" it and isn't causing any sort of functioning issues.

It's not a bug... it's a feature. You should sell that one to Glock. :)

My 17L will do it when I store it in the inside door panel pockets of my gun safe.

Nothing wrong with a nice looking camel toe.

"Glocks have pig noses". So what, it's only cosmetic.

"Glocks have fragile finishes". So what, it's only cosmetic.

"Glocks have brass to face issues". So what, it still shoots.

It's getting a little old. They didn't just start making these things last week.
