Very nice Willie, you're turning into a total Sig slut aren't you. :dunno:

Totally, but I like Sig :pig: better.

You are correct, I've been looking.

Nice pick-up! The 226 SAO Legion has found its way into my hands a few times. That and the 10mm SAO are the only two current production Sigs that are tempting me. Please let us know your thoughts once you get to the range with it!

Thanks, the Gray Trigger in the Legion SAO sold me on the gun. BTW, the M11-A1 is one of my favorites too.

I took the Legion P226 SAO to the range yesterday and it's an outstanding shooting gun. The trigger is fantastic and it resets like a 1911 making it just to easy to hit targets. The X-Ray sights acquire the target quickly and recoil is minimal.

Needless to say I'm very happy with the pistol-- so far.

BTW, Sig sent the Legion stuff.

I shot a buddy's SAO P226. Decided right away I wanted one. Ended up going with the P229 DA/SA and really like it. Trigger, sights, and grips are great. I like the grayish color also. I have had zero wear problems on mine, I know some have had some concerns is that area.

I've resisted the urge to get the 226 Legion in anticipation of the 220 release. I went 229 in 9mm because I've always kinda considered it Sig's G19.
That's funny. I was going to buy a P220 Elite and then thought I'd wait for a Legion version as well.
