I recently acquired an American Tactical Imports Mil Sport 9mm AR Pistol that takes Glock mags. This gun is made in South Carolina. I have not shot it yet, I hope to this Sunday. I will post a range report afterwards.

The gun ships without sights and I decided to mount a red dot. This is a Vortex Strike Fire II. I have an EOTech 512 I can use instead. I intend to fire this gun off a cheek weld.

The only changes I want to make initially is to change the grip to a MagPul model and add some kind of sling.

Thoughts and reactions please.

Looks like fun.

Resembles a Tech 9 in that configuration, except yours will actually work. LOL

Looks like the same Quarter Circle 10 lower receiver I got from PSA for my 9mm Glock-mag carbine.

Yesterday, I ordered a spare parts kit from Quarter Circle 10, with all of their proprietary small parts, like threaded pins, ejector, mag catch, etc.

Looks fun. I'm still enjoying my $300 KelTec sub 2000 in Glock version. I'm shooting it a lot with those 33 round Korean mags I bought for $10 apiece. I usually keep it in an old ratty nylon gym bag in my car trunk with a couple spare mags. I keep them loaded with 147 grain S&B FMJ rounds.
