After a while of going back an forth between the 229 and 226 I finally found a 226 Legion in stock and jumped on it the first chance I got. I originally wanted the 229, but the 226 just felt better in my hands. Im pretty excited about the gun, but i'm more excited that it came with stickers!
I have the 229 Legion and its the only handgun I've ever purchased that I found perfect straight out of the box. There is nothing you need to add or work on to make the gun better!
Not necessarily exactly what you are talking about and while I would prefer not to, if I had to I would not work myself into a frenzy if I had to take a Sig P22X and carry it right out of the box without shooting it first.
I originally started looking for a 226 tacops and figured I could just turn the legion into one if I decided to do so in the future. Not to mention the legion was cheaper than the tac ops by about $50
The TacOps is a fine gun and the TFO front sight is as good as the XRay. One thing Sig did with the Legion was relieved the frame under the trigger guard and this small enhancement greatly improves the feel and comfort.

I almost jumped on the tac ops, but like you said, the undercut just made it feel a tiny bit better. The triggers were pretty much the same I think. Also I like how it looks like your legion has been used rather than sitting in a safe. Speaking of which, how well does the finish hold up when compared to other sigs with the Nitride/black finish?

That's because you screw around with KelTec's. [emoji6]
