The trick is to de-burr and polish the flat sides of the ejector and extractor, then it runs on plain old .22LRs Jan 11, 2016

Didn't knock out the extractor, but I did polish up the ejector, and thus far it has been running great. If it continues, I won't do anything else. Thanks so much for your help.

Per your remarks here, and the advice of another member, how about some tips to make the Advantage Arms .22 conversion work reliably on a G17? I reload 9mms, so there is no huge incentive for me to shoot the .22 except for rookies to learn the Glock trigger. So school me on this; thanks much! It will be appreciated.

The G17 is still the best Glock.

Shooting, work gets in the way, but it pays for bullets
