Midway USA Range Bag

I dunno if this is the right place to post this...so it can be moved if it has to be

Anyways, do any of you guys own this bag? I'm just curious as to what you think of it. Is it too big? Can the "inner bag" be used as a smaller range bag? Also, do you recommend any other range bags?

I'm asking this because I don't want to carry something around that is HUGE. I only own 1 handgun and in December will own two or three total. For the sale price now...I'm thinking I should just go ahead and buy it, but would like some input if anyone has any experience with it.

Thank you!

Yes, the bag is huge. I've been using the bag for the last two years and really like it. I carry lots of stuff to the range, including several handguns. I carry a couple of sets of ear muffs, shooting glasses, stapler (plus staples), tape, markers, etc........

I usually take several handguns as my wife goes shooting with me too. So several handguns, 200-300 rounds per gun, etc and the bag handles it all. Of course it does get quite heavy! LOL

Own it, Love it!

It is a great deal if you ask me. I have plenty of room for weapons, targets, ammo, eye and ear protection and it even has a drink holder. It also comes with a brass bag!

I got the same bag a while back and it does everything I need. I can usually put three pistols with all the ammo and everything else needed.

I got it and I love it. Its well made and you cant be the price. Best 40 dollars I ever spent. And if they would sell it for 60 or 70 dollars, it would still be a bargain.

From all the +1's I'm reading from everywhere, I just went ahead and bought one on sale now for 39.99 at Midway. I can't wait! Once I get it, I'll post up about it with pictures so that everyone can use it as a reference.

I also have a Midway USA range bag. And as others have said great bag. Plenty of room-price is right. I have used it for quite some time now and no regrets.

Don't have anythig to compare the bag to, except my wife. The bag is big, but like I said, I carry lots of stuff when I go to the range.

Great value. If your only shooting one gun, the inner bag carries all you need.

The Midway USA range bag is money WELL SPENT!! I bought one when the were 50% off, and it's an awesome bag. Plenty of room for pistols and ammo, front and side pockets, drink holder, brass bag, shotgun shell bag, and two pistol sleeves. It's great!!

Well Guys....I just received the Midway USA Competition Range Bag today.....

WOW....

That's all I have to say. Amazing for the price! Its actually not all that big. It is just large enough. I was expecting a behemoth of a bag LOL! I'm glad that it wasn't. This thing is perfect. I am already filling it up and now don't know what to do with all this empty space...HAHA!

Anyways, I definitely recommend this range bag. There is no need to pay more for a bag. This one is just right how it is. It has everything you will ever need. I can see folks paying around $100 for a bag like this. Get it now while you still can on sale!

Bought mine in Feb. It's a big bag but has alot going for it. I carry two to three guns to the range everytime I go along with 200 rounds each. I have 15 mags for my G22 which fit nicely into the side pouch. One outside pocket is my ear protection, one is all of my target supplies, one is ear plugs, and one is holsters and mag holster. Inside is a separate carry bag that I use when on the line for steel challenge.

Overall - great flexibility and truly a load carrier. I would buy one again.
