If you want a GT day, were gonna have to do it at reif snyder or logan, both about 30 miles away, BUT bring what ya own and what you wanna blow up, we just have to clean up afterwards, otherwise, im game.

I'll support a St. Louis GlockTalk day at one of the unmanned state ranges mentioned. Is it true you need an SUV to get to Reifsnider, because you have to ford a stream?? If so, I'll need a lift from a commuter lot!

Hello,
Longtime lurker, but recently registered member from St Louis here. I recently move to St Louis (The Hill) and was hoping someone could recommend a shop. I'm looking to purchase a Gen 4 G19.

Thanks!

Hey guys, new guy here from St. Louis...after my multi week wait to be able to post! FYI, Topgun tends to be a bit higher on some models since they work in a "free" hour at the range ($17), and a discount on your first accessory purchase. Dunns in Pevely has the best prices in general...also Smittys on 67 near Desoto. Small shop.....lots of guns! It's also nice to see a few of you from some other "fine handgun" forums!

Yep I am a big fan of Dunn's. Seems to be a lot less BS flying from behind the counter. The fellas there seem to enjoy fetching guns silently. Unless asked for comment.

I was out at Top Gun a while back. It is a nice place. Hope they get their range up soon after the fire.

[QUOTE=Hi Ball;13368927]I guess I am the new kid on the block! We live out 65 miles from St. Louis near a little town called Gerald M0. I will be Going picking up my 5th GLOCK in a couple days. It is a Glock 22 in the .40S&W caliber.

Congrats on the G22. It is my favorite Glock. Enjoy.

Who has the cheapest range ammo in StL, or do most of you just buy online?

Cabelas has the greatest selection, which usually means they will have some Blazer Brass in stock and it is generally the lowest price I will see for 9mm or .380. For .45, you can't go wrong with the deal Walmart usually has on the 100rd WWB. For .223, even though it's dirtier than hell, I still buy the really cheap Russian Silver Bear ammo at MidAmerica Arms b/c it's $6.99/20rds

Anyone else have their Home damaged ? My House was deemed unsafe and we have to relocate untill it is repaired. No one was injured so we were lucky.

Was it kind of a small guy with a beard?

I just got my LE Glock 23 from them about 2 weeks ago, he seemed kinda stand offish when I was there.

Born and raised in STL, but went to HS in FL. I moved back because I missed the change of seasons.

I have found the best prices on half of my hand guns at Express Pawn Shop. Only downsides are they are a little drive (no biggie for me, it's on the way) and they have to order them. Nothing is in stock. They have, I believe, 3 shops. The Farmington location has the best prices and is most convenient for me.

Looking forward to Top Gun and On Target ranges to open in the next couple months!
