My turn...
This is a brand-new target MkIII that was turned down from 5.5" to 4" and threaded to accept my brand-new SWR Warlock. If that TacSol fiber-optic sight looks a little wonky, it's because there wasn't enough room between the new mounting hole and the threads, so the sight was turned around backwards and trimmed off to get it to fit. Good thing those fiber optics work the same forwards and backwards.
The 1X42mm Tasco was something I picked up on a whim a few years ago while traveling in China - it was less than twenty bucks in Beijing. And now I've got a use for it - and it sure seems to work.
Sighting in Colibri rounds at 10 meters (more like 11 or so yards, actually) may seem a little ridiculous, but my goal is to dissuade the varmints from hassling my chickens without actually having to perforate any of them. To be sure I'll break out the Golden Bullets after the first warning, but I take no pleasure in killing any animal.
By my figuring the .22LR will sight in at the same spot in the Red Dot at 55 meters, but it'll be awhile before I get to find out.

THAT, IS SWEET!
Now, I know what I want to do to my Mark II OR since it's stainless...maybe just keep my eyes open for a threaded setup!
Regardless, the silencer makes a little more practical since, for animal control. (since we were just given 5 acres, that backs up to 40+ of famly land)
*Always wondered who needed a suppressor, besides a hit man! NOW, I DO!
I'll be sure to let my wife know that it's YOUR FAULT!

Keep your eyes peeled, you will find something good.
I just picked up a very similar setup, mid 1980's receiver with Green Mt. stainless bull barrel, Bell & Carlson Anschutz thumbhole stock, Weaver K6 Classic scope, 2 magazines and Harris bipod for $325 on gunbroker.com.

$150 used 10/22 stainless
$80 Boyds Tacticool special run stock
$95 E.R. Shaw SS barrel
And the rest on odds and ends like R/T mag release, bolt release, VQ extractor and PC scope mount. All about $450 total. Scope was a loaner from my Gamo Whisper. This barrel loves Federal Target Match bulk BTW.

I recently put a Millett red dot on my 617 6 inch. I have not had this much fun in a long time. I started on the 25 yard line and then moved to the fifty. Nice thing is no jams with any type of ammo including shorts and CB's.
Here is my target from 50 using Fed auto match. Note this is the little mini silhouette in the upper left hand of a std target, you can see the edge of a Shoot n See.
