I love my 1911,s and Brownings, BHP,s and Ruger double actions, but the Glocks rule for CCW, Dependable deadly no safety's to fumble with, compatible against my skin, no hammers and no safety's sticking out, and available in the best calibers,
I'm traveling across the country right now, and my G-23 fits me like a glove,
I also carry a G-27,,,G-30,, and sometimes my 26,,
Tomorrow morning I will be walking the streets of Tomestone AZ. fully loaded,,
ah what a feeling.

Usually my G26, my P3-AT when it is hot out, and my G19 when I can get away with it. (middle of winter with my big ski jacket on).

The 19 is very concealable in warm weather, I carry my 23 all year. Either in a Desantis Cozy Partner IWB or in a SmartCarry. While in the Cozy Partner, just wear a light weight shirt untucked, or in the SmartCarry, heck it won't show with nothing but shorts or a bathing suit on! Either the 26 or 19 are much better primary guns, keep the P3AT as a BUG.
I don't have a picture of my Glock in the Cozy Partner, but this is my Ultra Compact 1911 (about the same size as your 19) in the same holster.
And my 23 in the SmartCarry!

Depends on the day/mood, but most of the time I have a Beretta 92FS Custom Carry tucked in a BladeTech IWB. It's a single stack 9mm and I carry a spare mag in my front pocket.

On other days where It's just too hot or I use a belly band with sweats, I'll carry the Kahr CW9. Now that the PX4 subcompact is out, I'll be getting one of those shortly.

On days where I'm feeling a bit older than my age, I'll carry a Charter Arms .38 but it rarely gets carried since I'm such a kid at heart.

During the week when I travel to and from work I carry my G19, on the weekends I vary between the 19 and a j-frame.

I've tried to carry my 1911 ball gun, Sig 229 (.40 and converted .40 to .357 Sig), .38 S&W MP, and 27 Glock (also both .40 and converted from .40 to .357 Sig).
Only one I find comfortable and potent enough to carry continuously is the Glock 27 with the .357 Sig bbl in a wallet holster.

SKYY CPX-1 (contrary to what some of you have experienced [and others just heard], this has been a good pistol for me!) most of the time, and Kel-Tec P32 whenever I just need to put something in my pocket.

I prefer a 1911 platform, over anything else. The smaller the better. Caliber is secondary to function.
+1 to what MarksmanOne said.
