I currently have two Glocks. A model 17 and model 19. Used to have a 21, 27, two 23's, and once had a 22 issued to me. Now, just the two and very happy with them.

I cleaned out the safe queens and 2 other guns last week. Went to the fun shop and bought 3 used Glocks....26, 19 and a 21 with a .22 conversion for the .45. Cleaned them, shot them, smiled a lot, cleaned some more, ordered a new gun belt and 3 holsters, sight tools, etc. Am considering a membership to GSSF so I can take an armorer's course, and a price break on a 4th Glock.

Now I sit here contemplating what types, if any, internals/sights I should consider changing. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

I'm gonna have to seriously consider a 9mm conversion for my Dillon.

I had 3 Glocks about 10 years ago, but was still infatuated with my 1911 customs. My age demands less weight and size for everyday carry and I am not a safe queen fan at my age.

Sheesh....talk about drinking the kool-aid. I could almost be a poster boy for Glock, but I'm probably too ornery looking.

Best sights, TruGlow, on a well executed punch draw, the gun stops it's forward punch, stops as it fires, the sights (Large green 3 dots, are looked through! not at) are superimposed on that target, in daylight, very bright dots, night, still the best on the market.

Run your fingers over the Gills! They are made for gripping best back wards! Just another wee bit of info (means not much!) if you carry the Gen 3 Gill job, you might have to Dremel the off side, spikes catch on your clothing.

Also I found it way to sharp, I had to file those spikes a bit, but by far the best surface for me, my hands do not sweat.

Good luck.

I've got four in my collection so far. Two 1st gen 17's and 3rd gen 19 & 26.

Valuable Info

If I find a long slide 1st gen 17 it will be quickly add to the collection. I've been thinking of getting a S&W revolver chambered in 10mm. If so, a 10mm Glock is a likely addition. I also like the Colt Delta Elite offering, so not sure yet. Other than that, I don't see me buying more Glocks.

A baby Glock would fit in there good.
