Putting those three in a cell together does not sound like a great idea to begin with. Glad the CO is ok. Hope they catch the other one before he kills someone else. He has nothing to lose which makes him a danger to everyone.

Sounds like a very undermanned jail, with less-than-ideal facilities or staffing. I hope this wakes people up, but I doubt it.

The jailer had a cell phone on him in custody? Sounds like their SOP is nonexistent. I wonder if he even had any type of formal training.
