Probably not the best idea to put the polymer MBUS on a railed gas block. I think Magpul says not do it, also.

Decided to turn a BCM mid length I had into a Dissipator.
Seems BCM is going to be building these early 2011.

I have always like the Dissipators Did you buy the barrel like that with the front sight mounted on it or did you do the machine work to make it that way?

Looks like a bolt on FSB, in which case all you'd have to do is turn some screws.

Yep,.....two allen bolts secure the FSB. It's not tacticool-battle-proof, but it will suit my KISS needs just fine.
