from what I know and what a lawyer told me - yes especially if it is an accident. I was advised to make sure that when someone buys my car to make sure it is transferred na.

I am curious as to what legal charges may be filed against the "owner" whose whereabouts have been established to be overseas when the crime happened. Charged as an accomplice?
