Originally looking at the panhandle but Panama City looks like a bit of a dump and Destin is expensive. Additionally the schools look fantastic in St. Augustine (St. John's county); best in the state. It's also closer to family in SoFla, Tampa and Alachua.
So we shifted gears to St. Augustine/South Jacksonville for now and it's looking good. Gotta sell my house to get that ball rolling first!
