I think the Penthouse types will simply play dumb (they're good at that) when it comes to noticing the upturn in the embezzlement rate. If they make a big show about noticing it, then they would have to formally admit they were sober enough to notice it in the fine print of the accounting. And you know how they try to avoid even an APPEARANCE of sobriety!

Win-win is one way to look at it, but we may have another dynamic at work. An old joke:

In the 10-Ring experience of life, the Magi come charging back to recover their gifts when they realize the REAL infant savior is three doors down!

Forgive me for interrupting the marginally coherent 10-Ring (pardon my redundancy) discussion of activity, but a physics/philosophical question intrudes on the 10-Ring sphere of influence.

Today I was blasting at the range. I was firing a 20 with an Advantage Arms .22 conversion installed. When I concluded the .22 series of strings, I immediately removed the AA top, reinstalled the factory 10mm upper, and fired a mag of 10mm.

My question: Might this abrupt transition from .22 up to the nuclear-rated 10mm rounds induce an undesirable rift in the space/time continuum? It would be boorish in the extreme for this LSMPS(BBB)DP to inconvenience any other members, Penthouse or Dungeon, of our industriously happy crew.

Reports of a 10mm causing an interspatial flexure are greatly exaggerated. The exact sequence of timing and firing required is not only difficult to reproduce, but it is beyond the endurance of mortal man.
Besides, the negative results of such an occurrance are greatly overstated. Where do you think we got kangroos, raccoons and armadillos from?
Evolution?

It's also the same place that we Italians and our time travel machines come from. Not to worry.
