Good Ideas!

Crank it up at least 10 grand.

Put it on the market, and soon let it be known to him that you have a good offer from a nice couple with 10 kids, or a buyer who does whatever it is that would drive him nuts......

....or maybe a buyer that just got out of a mental hospital and needs a quiet place to live.....

Seriously...have ya asked him if he's seen anybody dumpin stuff on your property? Sorry...just a straight up call.

I wouldn't want him as a neighbor if he's that friggin Blind.

Is the road on your land? Can you buy spike strips and lay those across the road? Or is the road a public road?

folks dumped a full pickup load on my land. Left their pay stubs and utility bills.
I called the county sheriff here in adair co. okla. Said they would come out and make a report. Never did.
