The way people feel the need to add "flawless" to a post about a Glock.

Like -

I put 200 flawless rounds through my G19 - or my Glocks have always been flawless.

It's not a gun guy cliche, but I hate when anti-gunners say "he just 2nd amendmented himself" when someone kills or hurts them-self with a gun.

Don't need one -

It would be like saying -

I took my faithful wife to the movies.

Unless you know most people think she is a whore - then what is the point?

I would agree if the internet wasn't full of FTE, FTF, and BTF issues. The adjective serves a purpose in most cases I have seen the phrase used. Normally, describing the reliability of the firearm.

Lots of whores in the world too - but you should give your wife the benefit of the doubt.

Next time someone asks what did you do last night - say I took my faithful wife out to dinner - and see how that goes over.

If someone ask - Faithful? just tell them there are a lot whores out there on the internet.

You have a very real and valid point.

Ha, got a cliché in.
Yep, agree with Bren and ChuteTheMall... that is why I always used the 6 o'clock hold when shooting to qualify. Consistent sight alignment and sight picture will give consistent results.

It's better to have it and not need it than it is to need it and not have it.

That applies to everything, from guns to money to pepper to toilet paper and ........

"Guns don't kill, people kill."

Of course guns kill. That's the whole point. It's a silly semantic game to lob at anti-gun people.

If guns don't kill, why do soldiers and police carry them? Duh.
