Gen II glock 22s w/ns for $299

Police trade ins, but for $299 not a bad deal.

Those night sights will have to be replaced though. I bet they're the original NS. Still a good deal though depending on frame condition.

I really don't need another gun (repeat 500 times), but I'd have a hard time resisting if it was a g23.

More like $318.99 plus your local transfers of $15-25....$90 on night sights...who knows what parts need to be replaced...worn. Not a good deal in my eyes...unless you must have a gen 2.

I live close to Centerfire Systems so I went by there to look at them today. I only got to look at one and it is in pretty good shape. There is a good bit of holster wear and it needs a good cleaning. Of course the night sights are dead. I won't know for sure about the internal condition until I clean and shoot it, but it looks ok. The trigger pull feels normal and even the recoil spring feels strong. Serial # is BKZxxx which makes it 1995 vintage I think. I probably won't do much to it. I got it just for a range/fun gun. By the way, it came with the Tupperware box and the serial number on the label matches the gun.

Plan on selling my OD 27 gen 4 and picking up a 26 instead to go with my 19

Congrats on the new-to-you G22! That's a great find at the price, and the box is a bonus. My dealer sold me a LE-trade G22 back in August (it was an add-on accessory to the brand-new G39 I ordered!!). An impulse buy if there ever was one.

If any parts are needed Glock will replace them for free. You can send the gun to Glock or at any GSSF match. I have two trade ins. Glock rebuilt both including the magazine springs. They replaced the night sights on one for $70.

I took the gun apart and cleaned it last night. It wasn't as dirty as I first thought. Even the striker channel was fairly clean. Everything looks to be in good shape. The only thing I didn't like was that it has the wrong extractor. The slide has the 15 degree cut but someone installed a 90 degree extractor. It should still function ok. I will replace the extractor and also the recoil spring since I have no idea what the round count is on this one. If it shoots good I will be quite happy with it.

That's a great deal. My local police supply has a bunch of Gen 2 G22's for $299. Wth so many departments switching back to 9mm, I suspect there will be a whole lot of .40 Glocks on the market. I just picked up a nice PD surplus G27 for $400 our the door with Heinie night sights and two mags from the same retailer.

Thats a smoken deal but I seen many police trade ins up close and most are pretty rough. If they look like the one pictured, thats a sweet deal...

not a good deal in my eyes either, only one mag, extra USED mag $19.99 and if they are all like the pictured one, not the best condition slide.

Nice find but I like to see what I am getting before I put down hard earned money.
