My "big" pocket gun is a Kahr CM40 (was a CM9), very accurate and carries well in the pocket. I'm going to be picking up a Kahr CW380 before long and that's going to be my "small" pocket gun.

I think Kahr makes a good, quality product.

I agree my CM9 has been 100% reliable. It did not need broke in either because lubed and rack slide thousands of times before I shot it. Never had a failure!

My EDC is a 9mm shield. Never had one problem with it. I purchased a Sig 938 four days ago. I've only put 50 rounds thru it so far and it has been flawless. I may carry it some when I put several hundred rounds thru it. I like both of these.

I usually carry either my Kahr cm9 or the pm45. both are fine weapons and reliable.

I went with the PPS and received it today. Have not shot it yet. First impressions are really positive. This thing fits my hand perfectly. It points very naturally for me and has a good weight to it. I actually like the fact that it is not a micro compact carry pistol. That was not my intended purpose. This gun was always going to be worn either IWB or OWB, not in the pocket. Super easy to take down. With the 8 round mag, I get 9 rounds of
9mm. So far, so good. Can't wait to put some lead down range.

M&P Shield

Very comfortable (after all, it is a M&P) accurate 9mm is easy shooting only .95" thick
the newest ones have a great trigger
yes, I said the M&P has a great trigger
two different magazines to choose from and one of each comes with it.

I really like my PPS 9mm. The Shield is a great little gun, too.

Beretta Nano for me. It is just heavy enough to control recoil. Very accurate, reliable and the price is right.

You made the right choice, in my opinion.

An added perk of not being a tiny micro compact is that it's actually really pleasant to shoot. Not only is it super accurate but it's soft enough that I can enjoy shooting hundreds of rounds at a stretch.

I think you will enjoy it. For its size, it shoots very much like a full size, IMO.

Kahr PM9. Small, thin, light. Pull trigger, goes bang. What more can you ask for in a pocket carry?

Congratulations , I think you made the best choice in slim pistols . You will enjoy shooting it . That little weight will help with recoil and with a good holster & belt you will not notice it .
