More room addition questions...

Sorry my images aren't posting. I'll try again later.

I got some really good advice on my sliding glass door room addition thread a few weeks ago. So here I go again.
Here is the plan. On this drawing there are no closets or hall in the addition.

Here is a sketch on how I want to lay out the new bedroom. What still isn't set in stone are the following:
Size of the new master closet and my kids closet.
Depth of the new hall cabinets.
Locations of the closets.

I'm a little worried that now seeing how much room the bed will take up that the room is a little small. Is 12'9" x 14'7" a decent size for a master bedroom? That's the current size not counting the closet and bathroom. Theoretically I could bring the whole room out a few more feet but it would be a lot more work and I'd have to remove a very large tree.

Thanks for any suggestions. All opinions will be considered.
Thanks.

We need a bigger sketch.

Here's my recommendations, based on the provided diagram.

I think you need to get rid of the spikes on the floors, the anti-personnel mines and the swinging axe booby traps. That's no place for kids to be, you paranoid freak.
