Well, that's not really a fair statement. Some people like to see how a gun is, try it out, don't fall in love with it and sell it to help fund their next purchase. Actually not an unwise thing to do. Some people are "flippers" and some are "hoarders/keepers". Unfortunately, for my bank account, I fall into the latter category. There are several guns that I think about selling, but then knowing my "want/need" type of personality, I end up keeping them, as some of the guns I've sold, I either bought back or bought another just like it. Now THAT's stupid.
Or, even dumber, I've taken guns I wanted to sell and ended up putting even more
money into them to customize them, so they were "worth keeping".
I actually wish I could buy, evaluate and then sell at what I paid, or very little less or, actually turn a profit, with quite a few guns that I own. Counted up today and I currently own 38 1911's.
And my stupid ass started thinking about trying to come up with a list of 7 more to add, so I could have 45
is something to not understand!
