Police car graphics online design website?

Does anyone know if there are sites where the graphics company has some predesigned templates and you can play with the wording or color to see how it would look on a patrol car?

Every site I have found so far just has a gallery of their designs and colors but none I have found so far lets you type in your own words (department name) and see how it would look with a particular design.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

P.S. If you know any sites for patch designing, that would be great too. I already spent tons of time playing with the badge desgin websites... this will take up the rest of my free time.

The package that I designed for my old agency with their help even made the page. Props if you can figure out which squad it is.

UW?

Thanks for the link, I just spent a lot of quality time there.

It' good, but what I was really wanting is if there was one like the badge design sites where you can type in your own letters and choose the coloring so you can approximate how your own agency's car will look like.

Nope, not uw.

Yeah they let you change colors, but I don't know of any sites that let you change the text. Grafix will make you a proof with your departments name, but they charge for it.

Looked before and couldn't find anything. Ended up with photoshop and a lot of trial and error.

Black and white with a badge or shoulder patch on the driver's door, and "Sheriff" or "Police" below it and on the trunk is all the markings needed. Forget the stripes and cutesy designs. A police car should look like a police car, not a DARE car.

Not even that... I don't want the patch or badge on the car, too East Coast or Southeastern States.

Black and White with agency name and big, bold POLICE in easily legible lettering is what I am after, but I want certain fonts and design layout and colors.

Can't stand those that use weird fonts so the POLICE is not even really readable.

P.S. Panzer... that hurt... but as for the CHP design patch, quite a few use them but I've only worked at 1 agency that has a similar design. Every other one has a proprietary design, including using their own city logos and designs. There are some good ones out here, like Seal Beach using a picture of a seal balancing a beach ball on its nose on the patch, or Tehama County Sheriff with a picture of a cow head on the patch.

I second the black vehicle with white driver and passenger doors, but only because, like CHP, that way you'll know what door to get into!

I crack myself up!

CHP has black rear passenger doors and white front doors, so they know which one is for the driver and partner and which one is for the bad guys. I like the white doors, front and rear because I went to college and I know the one with the steering wheel is for me.

I like San Benito SO's patch - a bald eagle in front of the American flag.

I like this style of lettering, big and bold and easily legible. Something like this will do.

The "We'll kick our ass" decal was a joke, put there for some photos. The doughnuts part is Photoshop.

I don't have firsthand experience, but have heard that you don't mess with Kern County SO. The few deputies from there who I've met were monsters.

I used Eagle Emblems about a decade ago to design a patch for my EMS squad. But like I said, it was a 12 years ago.

+1, very classy and to-the-point.

These guys are in a neighboring county and I've always liked their cars.

These look professional and serious, great simple design.
I really enjoy looking at all these fancy US police cars, but some are too much race car and not enough police car.

It shouldnt be about looking cool only. Especially the angled ones are irritating somehow.
