Whose wife gets into a serious accident every year? Was it someone that passed away this last year?

Believe that is ysr_racer. He posts it every year usually. Halloween has been "canceled" here due to weather(our cable/internet is currently out). Officials are encouraging people to go out tomorrow night instead.
