When a cop tells me to do something I do it.

Once, while out walking, I found two St. Paul cops hiding behind a parked car - shooting radar up the street to nab speeders.

I asked them: "How fast am I going officer?" He said: "Not fast enough".

I assumed that meant 'leave'. So I did.

Fail. Unless you quote three amendments and then ask if you're being detained and are free to go, and by free to go you really mean free to stay blocking their radar gun while filming them, you're just one of the sheeple.

"Morning Joe" is no different than Chucky Shumer. Just another rat jumping ship on Obama & Sons.

"Morning Joe" sees that the massive lies being told by him, and his media buddies just aren't being swallowed whole as they once were, and now "Morning Joe" wants to look like an innocent lamb, when he's really as big a liar as anyone in media.

I can't imagine doing any of the things Michael Brown did that day and not putting my life and freedom at great risk.

The people that use him as an example of injustice are making a big mistake and loose all credibility for whatever their cause.

The looters in the crowd are just criminals using this as another excuse for their criminal behavior.

Does "Morning Joe" (I guess that's supposed to be a cute spin on coffee?) always dress like an aged character out of Doug Funny's world?

Did anyone say anything that hasn't already been said elsewhere?

Thread should be titled "Finally MSNBC has the courage to say it".

The comments are telling. Here's my favorite from "pappajohn15"

"The injustice here was almost unbelievably obvious:

1. The officer instigated the conflict, did not de-escalate the confrontation and used deadly force in an apparent jaywalking incident.

2. The prosecutor presented defense evidence to a grand jury, discounting his own case and undermining his own prosecution witnesses.

3.The grand jury, which usually will indict a “ham sandwich,” declined to pursue any charge at all, which doesn’t allow the officer the chance to clear his name, as well as trampling on the grave of an unarmed 18 year old.

And people have questions about why the public is outraged by the situation?

Wow. Stupid is as stupid does.

MSNBC??? Oh yeah. Their videos NEVER load. (I got it to work on Firefox.)

Bleep the police. I drive around with bare feet all the time just to flaunt their laws. And tell everyone about speed traps. I'm a rebel, yo!

(Not really. LOL)

The chippy has that Claire Underwood look, but older and more like she's got a pineapple shoved up her butt.

It was "courageous" in the context of the words being spoken within an MSM setting like MSNBC. Granted, few really view it so it's another case of "if a tree falls in the forest and no one is there, does it really make a sound" philosophical discussion.

An acquaintance on another discussion board remarked that it's really the rarity of the occurrence that makes it notable. He wrote: "Blind squirrel finds broken clock . . . carried by a flying pig on the day hell froze over ;-)"

Thank you for having the courage to say that.

Ha, ha. Didn't realize this was a statement about the mainstream media. I wasn't impressed by the guy at all. His name is in the show title. I went through the entire clip waiting for the woman to say what was on her mind. She was obviously second tier to the guy, and was really holding back. You could tell she didn't agree with the guy but wouldn't sack up. I thought the courage was coming when he finally tagged her in to the conversation... but then she limp wristed it.

But his remarks about Travvon were full of ****.

Travvon was NOT chased down and murdered.

Like Brown, he could have walked away but CHOSE to come back and attack.

I really don't get how people actually think that a chubbyish 28 year old chased down a skinny 17 year old football player, who had a huge head start. Between that and how Brown is now being canonized, I just don't get how people can be so stupid and incapable of logical thought.

We used to have wars that slaughtered these people by the millions, but now you have these "all life is precious" idiots letting them all reproduce. Your fault.
