Ancient Aliens On History Channel

OK I might just be dooming myself on here but, I like this dang show.

http://www.history.com/shows/ancient-aliens

Now I do not believe a lot of what they show and propose but man I just find it so interesting how they link things in history and mythology with aliens each week. I really don't even believe in aliens, but kinda like my beliefs on ghost I am not sure.

OK now for the elephant in the room...

The Okie Corral

Yes he looks goofy, and he might be. But he is very good at what he does IMO. I find him interesting.

I find it odd that I watch a show that I don't really believe in, but I really love the way they put it together each week.

Am I the only one??

Uh it's not like I am watching Hangar 1 right now or anything

Yeah it's good to but I prefer AA as it ties things into history which is a subject I really enjoy. I mean honestly AA brings up some great question I have no answers to at all.

Since you asked....

No, the entire premise is preposterous. I am disappointed that the History Channel would even air such garbage.

No problem with you not liking it.

But do you find any of the questions they raise thought provoking? I am really thinking of the ones that have to do with how ancient civilaiztions built some of the monuments that they did with tools of their era. I just think that kind of stuff is so open to debate still.

It's been a few years since I watched it, but I did find it entertaining. The ideas and questions they raised were very interesting.

Interesting.

And thanks for the link. That reminded me that I don't need cable when I have internet and a computer that's connected to my TV & sound system.

Dude is that 3 hours long?

I am not that much of a fan, I would call AA all bunk before I watched three hours of youtube

Like I said I am not a huge beleiver but they produce a pretty interesting show. It is entertaining to me at least. I would rather watch this than a lot of the mess on TV today anyways.

Yeah. A bit long, lol. They go through and refute pretty much everything on Ancient Aliens.

What I watched of it was pretty well done, seems balanced. I will end up watching it.

Not to outright bring religion into the convo...But how can they all say it's aliens with no proof, but deny a God, or say the aliens are gods?

The show itself is very clear in that what they show it what ancient alien theroist believe, almost as if they (the show itself) were a 3rd party.

Either way I still find it interesting. True or not it's thought provoking for me.

There is absolutely no evidence for any life in the universe outside of earth.

Because the aliens have no claim on their personal behavior.
