Seems to me, another person can't "shame" you, they can only point out things that you feel you should be ashamed of. Only 1 person to blame for that.

Kudos to her for her hard work and incredible figure. The fact that she also is refusing to bow down and apologize is commendable.

As for the comments here, fit women do it better and have higher sex drives. I was married to a size 18 and she never wanted sex and was always miserable. My current wife was a size six when we met, she's lean and she does aerobics everyday and did aerobics throughout her pregnancy until a week before our daughter was born. We do it a lot, to the point that at the ripe old age of 40 I get worn out. I'll take a fit woman every time.

Reminds me of a story from my own marriage.

A few years ago, there was something on TV about Jennifer Anniston turning 40 years old.

My wife said "I wish I could look that good when I'm 40".

I'm pretty sure I said "you don't look that good now" or something similar.

Not one of my better moments, for sure. Still married, though...

I do not find that level of "fitness" attractive in the least. I would bruise myself so bad on that. A woman should have some curves...

The proper response is I may be fat but you are ugly and I can loose weight. Ugly applies to more than physical looks.

My buddy's wife has a 2 year old and a 1 year old. Immediately after she had the first, she dropped down to about 5 lbs over her normal weight. After the second, she lost 10 lbs. My buddy's family is very jealous of her...his sister was chubby before she had her 3 kids and now after all 3 kids she's freaking huge. She likes to make snide, snippy comments.

I say more power to her. I'm working on getting into much better shape so I can be the envy of the lazy fatbodies out there too.

I think you can definitely take the fitness thing too far. I work with a girl who was always a little plump. Not in a bad way, though. She had a nice figure, and curves in all the right places.

About a year ago, she went diesel with her workout, getting into some kind of MMA training, and lost weight and really toned up. She looks terrible. Her face now has a gaunt, angular look, which is not very attractive. Someone mentioned Kelly Ripa earlier. I haven't seen her in a while, but she started to get that gaunt look too (I always thought she was cute before that).

The good thing is that, once they dial it back a little, they can still be fit, but lose the gaunt look.

The chances of her reading Glocktalk are about the same as the chance that she will come home looking like the woman in the pics.

My wife does read GT occassionally, but she's also been trying to get more fit

Buying too many guns and leaving dirty dishes in the living room are not really flaws
