I never liked the C models, but I know many do.

ALL c models or those four mentioned models (20/21, 29/30) in gen 3?

I read it as the latter.

Glock is referring to the 3rd gen 20, 21, 29, and 30 pistols being discontinued.

All compensated models of Glock will be discontinued

The SF 3rd gen versions of the 20, 21, 29, and 30's will remain in production.

Just FYI the 29 and 30's were never produced in a compensated version.

Glocks dealer info send outs always require a bit of deciphering.

Never been a fan of C guns being used as duty/SD/HD. Trust me if you ever have to dig a piece of bullet jacket out of your face from using one in CQB drills you won't like them much either...

My wife also has a piece of shrapnel in her temple from a C model 23. The officer next to her during qualifications was using it and several officers saw it happen.

My first Glock was a gen 2 G23c. Wish I never would have traded it.

Thanks. I've never seen any need for the Cs, myself.
However, I am on a waiting list for a Gen3 Model 20....so that kind of stinks. Guess I'm now on a waiting list for a Gen4!

So now I can list my Gen3 19c on armslist for stupid money? Sweet. I'm thinking $1,500 plus shipping since it is so "rare and unique".

My 23C just became a collector's item! Too bad I like it so much.

I really don't know if it shoots any better than a 23 non-c but I'm not going to sell a pistol that is so reliable.

My first glock was a gen4 23. Second was a gen3 23C, 23c shoots a lot better!

Well mere "citizens" here in Kali can not buy Gen 4 Glocks and my hand fits the non-SF much better than the SF so I guess I'll be shopping for another brand.

I wonder what a G23C RTF2, or a G22C RTF2 will go for now.

Never saw a need for a C 9mm, but I do love my G32C in .357 Sig.

Old news. Most shooters don't shoot at a level where they benefit from c models. Others fell prey to fabricated reports of drawbacks from the porting. In any event, they were discontinued simply because they accounted for no more than 1 percent of overall sales (at peak), making it illogical to continue to producing them. Just as suitable for SD/duty use as a non compensated, but non compensated work fine too. If you're close enough to the ports to catch anything on a c model, you were close enough to catch something from a a non ported gun, CQB, center axis-relock, or otherwise.
