Made in the USA Glocks

Saw on 'Iraqveteran8888''s YouTube Channel the other day, a Glock (IIRC a G27) made in the USA...how long has THIS been going on and what models are being made??? How about magazines??? This is the FIRST I've heard of USA manufactured Glocks, but makes complete sense to me given the current political/tyrannical situation.

CB in FL

It's been going on for quite some time. I've got a 19 from around June 2012 that was made in USA. I believe that's about when they started hitting US markets. Before that, it was all for export, and a few were sent to local markets. At least that's the story. All I know is I bought mine right before I saw a lot of people getting US-made Glocks. Now, there's quite a few out there. Why? I don't know. But I like it, and I hope they do all of them here eventually.

I've seen both USA and Austria models being sold. Curious if the USA compact and subcompact models come with standard smooth triggers instead of the serrated ones that are needed due to the BATF import points?

My USA Gen3 G26 came with the same serrated trigger as all the other 26s that I've seen. But I've already changed to a G17 smooth trigger that I like a lot more!

I have 2 Gen4 USA G23 and Gen4 USA G19.... Right now they have the better finish over the Austrian models being currently produced. It's not that cheapo phosphate coating they've been using to get by in a crunch... My Glock 30s is the only gun I've bought (Non-USA) that has the old dependable finish on it....

I've got an unfired blue label 3rd gen "USA" 19 if anyone wants it. I'd really prefer a trade for a same or close condition, 3rd gen G26 or G17. The G19 just doesn't fit my hand right for some reason... Send me a message at DWentz744@yahoo.com
