The Glock 20 is a great gun. The recoil isn't as bad as I thought it would be when I shot my first glock 20. I especially like the Gen 4 model.

mine is a G20sf and the sf grip fits me great. I have only had it a few weeks but I'm surprized at how well it handles the recoil.

Sad thing is that I mostly shoot .40 through that 610. I really want to send my 4" GP100 off to get chopped down to 3" and converted to 10mm. Adjustable Meprolights on a 3" 10mm converted GP100 is the perfect packin pistol IMHO.

I think I really need to get into reloading. With tax and shipping I'm usually spending between 50-60 cents a round.

I am thinking of getting a cheap, well used GP100 and have it mod for 10mm too.

If you are going to shoot a 10mm, reloading is a must! Heck, reloading is a must on any round because of the prices and hard to find ammo.

I have the Glock 20 and carried it as one of my authorized duty sidearms when I was still a Parole Officer. The G20 is still one of my favorite handguns, and I keep it available as one of my primary home defense pistols nowadays.

Mine has never had a functional issue, not even with the dirty, remanufactured practice ammo my department used to provide.

My G20 is strictly stock, although I do use a mounted light in the home.

I have a S&W 1006, a 4th Gen G20, and a 3rd Gen G29. Both Glocks are full frame, not SF. The recoil isn't bad at all. The 29 is my EDC, in a SuperTuck. The 20 is a little more mild to shoot, but I do feel like I shoot the 29 better. Probably because I practice with it every week since it's my EDC. I love the 10mm platform. I can drop the 5" barrel in my 20 and hunt with it with some hot loaded CorBon if I want, or I can load it with some Georgia Arms ammo for plinking. I keep the 29 loaded with Hornady Critical Defense JHP's. I got the 20 and 29 together in a trade, and got the 1006 a few days later. Since then I haven't even picked up any of my .45's or 9mm's.

Have a Gen4 G20, shoots well. I've had several 20sf's, 29sf's, a regular 20 was my first 10mm. I've had a Kimber Eclipse 10mm and a 6" S&W 610.

Glock 20 3rd generation great gun approaching ballistic of 41 mag in a semi auto got to love it . No it's not the biggest boy on the block but it holds its own if you have the full power loads.

Reloading is the key to 10mm. Most of the stuff on the shelf is garbage, nothing more than 40 +P. There is some stout stuff out there but the prices are up there.

I have an EAA Witness. Runs amazing now that I replaced all the recoil springs. I want a G20 or G29 eventually... Sold my Delta Elite a couple years ago, but I'm not a big fan of 1911s in general

I own a G29 SF. With regular off the shelf factory FMJ's, it feels like shooting .40 S&W. Even when shooting premium ammo such as Corbon and Underwood, the perceived recoil impulse isn't as stout as I thought it would be. I really enjoy my G29 SF.

I currently have a gen 3 and gen 4 glock 20. I've owned a 1076. I am looking for a 29 as we speak.
