Bersa Thunder CC + 2 Mags + Don Hume

Hey Guys.. thought I share what I just picked up today. I found on gon.com/marketplace. Bersa Thunder .380 acp CC + 2 Mags.. Listed for $250. I walked away for $200 w/ Don Hume Leather IWB holster & 25 rnds or Hornady Self Defense. Sounds like a deal to me! Tell me what you guys think if you don't mind? Also if you have any idea on how to tie serial number to year manufactured please advise. Thanks.

college loan payment vs. gun...And here we are.. I was saving for a G27 when I messed around on GON.com and saw this beast... I couldn't say no.. It didn't help that the guy I picked it up from had a "Team Glock" license plate on the front of his truck and I stayed and talked about guns for about 30 mins. He had M&P, G23, G27, 12ga.. good ole Ga boy. Even told me about the next GSSF match in Canton, GA 7/12 - 7/13.. Thanks guy!

Very nice

Congrats!

I've had one of those for several years and never had an issue.

Bersa

You don't hear a lot about Bersa guns, but I think they're pretty well-made. Never had one, but I've never heard of there being a problem with them.

Good holster choice. Have 2 of them for CCW.

I firmly believe that Bersa is one of the best kept secrets in the CCW industry.

Great value and every one that I have handled and shot has worked well.

Congrats on the excellent find.

I agree. It seems that some people believe that 380 started with the LCP.

My LGS owner is a self-described Glock nut but Bersa is one gun he has nothing bad to say about. I have an UC Pro on my short list just because I have never owned one.

You got a great deal. I just bought one for my wife and she loves it. It shoots great. I am seriously looking to pick up one of their compact .45's. I would consider a 9 or.40. but I already have lots of .45, and 9mm and .40 is non existent around here.

Thanks.. Which action (double/single) does she prefer to start with? I know the decocker can allow for an initial double action trigger pull without the safety on, while inserting the mag & then chambering a round will allow for single action trigger (with the safety on.) This is for my girlfriend and I know she prefers the safety on. Thoughts?

The Bersa Thunder 380 & the Winchester SXP Defender in 12 gauge----I am deciding between the 2 for my next purchase. I have a firearm for most of the major calibers except fort these 2. I may have to sell my CZ 75B SA. Oh, the humanity....

Nice pick up and a great deal. I've been close a couple times to buying one myself.

Great little pistol

Had one a few years back it was light, accurate and reliable as could be never an issue. I sold it to fund another purchase and wish I hadn't. The only reliablity issues I ever heard of were caused by recoil springs in backwards.
