As little as possible, but in reality I retired as a Firefighter/Paramedic, now work part time as a C-store/gas station clerk,
As Stephen F. Roberts so famously said speaking with a Christian apologist "I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."

Retired from the Army in 1984. Worked as a government contractor until a few years ago.

Now I spend time with my grandkids fishing, hunting and shooting.

what I do

I'm "an IT guy" (that's what everyone tells me) with two business degrees. I have also worked (concurrently to IT) in education (sub teacher, para-professional), Law Enforcement, a restaurant (bartender, server, greeter, dishwasher, table bus) and sales (books. music. guns and ammo).

I maintain a little land and take care of 9 cats and a dog.

At one time I was a helicopter and airplane pilot but I decided it was much safer and a lot less work to collect Social Security and play with guns.

I work as a an assistant manager on a crew that does maintenance on a 1,000 acre recreational facility. It's a fun job and it keeps me in bikes, driving a car and a motorcycle, but I need something more.

Interviewed to work at a wastewater treatment plant last week, I'll see how that goes soon. It would mean a great improvement in my life, the idea of having health insurance is very appealing!

I am a soldier, sort of. I do satellite communications, so I am basically an antenna operator with a uniform.

I'm a printer, but, I no longer run printing presses.
I'm the "Leadman" in our shop.

I mostly sit behind a computer, do layout work, typsetting, order paper and supplies, answer to supervisors, managers, VPs, the CEO and a couple of other 'alphabet' execs.

I've been employed by the same company, doing the same work, for 39-1/2 years.

I'm "on call" 24/7.

I never talked to anyone who had to fire their gun who said "I wished I had the smaller gun and fewer rounds with me" Just because you find a hundred people who agree with you on the internet does not mean you're right.

I'm in sales. Been selling stuff for half my life. Currently, I work for a large warehouse distributor and I sell performance automotive parts to dealers around the globe.

And I have a metal fabrication gig on the side that financially supports my hobbies.
