I have one Glock with night sights which I thought after the fact was a waste of time and money. On another I placed a siderlock, just because of the fact that there might be a rare case where someone else might get a hold of it and you know that idiots always put their finger on the trigger. Otherwise I have no improvements to any other handgun. But as I get older and slower and my eyes get worse I'm thinking a grip laser might be useful.

The only thing I always change on a glock is the sights. Unless it came factory with nights sights I put some Trijicons on it ASAP.

Consider Trijicon HD's. Highly visible day or night. Pricey but worth it, IMO.

For my older hands the Lone Wolf extended take down bars are great.
I also have GNS put on all my Glocks.

Side relock is comical. Night sights are a good thong to have, but not as critical for ccw as they are for duty use.

That's it.

Everyone has their preference, but I'd suggest Ameriglo GL-405L rear and GL-212-OR-Q front. This is often referred to as a "hack" or "combat" setup. Really enjoy shooting with these sights, and everyone who picks up our guns says good things about them. Easy to pick up the front sight in any light without wasting time thinking too much about the rear.

Good luck on your choice!

Finding Btf or weak ejection is my goal then I'd have something to fix. Night sights and that's it.

People modify their Glocks? Really?
IMO the most important "mod" is the connector. Everything revolves around the trigger.

Sights. I'm fine with my gen 4 19 out of the box otherwise. XS Big Dots for me.

Normally I would say sights, connector. Right now it is something to keep my brand new G30SF from hitting me in the head with brass
