The boys are doing well!

Made a little range trip to kill some time and paper while daughter did her horse show. Lot of waiting involved in that.

So me and the boys used some .22lr. Totally worth the ammo spent! 9 and 12.

I gave instructions to the older to take out the bad guys behind the hostage.

I told the little guy to take out the red bad guy next.

always good to see a father teaching his kids about firearms. You'll develop a bond that will last the rest of your life. Hopefully, these kids will someday take their kids to the range. They are the future.

Good looking boys you have there. You should be proud. I'm jealous now because my little guy is only two years old and would rather smash blocks. I can't wait for him to grow up

The little guy is 9, and once I realized he is Left Eye Dominant, and had him shoot left handed BAM! Sniper School, here he comes.

That lone COM shot was his first pull "Put in right in the middle buddy." Crack "Got him!"

After that I said - light him up and he walked it right up to the brain box in groups of three. You can see them.

The older guy shot pretty fast. I was worried for the hostage briefly. Unnecessarily...

Hope your daughter didn't feel like you ditched her (and her youthful horse show exploits) to go shooting with the boys. Otherwise, a fine story.

Good job starting them young shooting, man! Starting young with good fundamentals and firearms safety will lead them to be accurate and responsible. I started shooting around their age, too. They're good shots, too!

Now teach your daughter to shoot.

She will probably outshoot the boys.

posted from my stupid smart phone, please excuse any spelling mistakes.
